- 1 Lililup melon
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
- Cut off the top part of the melon and hollow it out. Cut the melon flesh into cubes.
- Heat up a pan with extra virgin olive oil, then add the melon. Sauté it over a medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add another dash of extra virgin olive oil and increase the heat. Sauté the asparagus with a pinch of sea salt.
- Once cooked, put the asparagus on a plate. Add the melon on top of it and drizzle with a dash of extra virgin olive oil.
