Lililup filled with melon and turmeric soup

  • 1 Lililup melon
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric and pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • ½ cup of plant-based milk
  • Salt to taste


  • Cut off the top part of the melon and hollow it out. Carefully use a spoon to to remove the flesh of the melon and set it to one side. Turn your melon into a bowl.
  • Put all of the ingredients for the soup into your blender or food processor.
  • Fill the melon shell with the soup and decorate with a few mint leaves.
