Ingredients
- 1 Lililup melon
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric and pepper
- ½ teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 bunch of mint
- ½ cup of plant-based milk
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut off the top part of the melon and hollow it out. Carefully use a spoon to to remove the flesh of the melon and set it to one side. Turn your melon into a bowl.
- Put all of the ingredients for the soup into your blender or food processor.
- Fill the melon shell with the soup and decorate with a few mint leaves.
