Ingredients
- 1 Lililup melon
- 750ml ginger ale or ginger and lemon kombucha
- *This can be substituted with: sparkling water with the juice of one lemon, or lemonade.
Method
- Cut off the top part of the melon and hollow it out. Carefully use a spoon to to remove the flesh of the melon and set it to one side.
- Blend the melon together with your chosen drink. Then strain the drink and before serving.
- Wet the edge of the glasses with water and coat in sugar.
- Serve the mocktail chilled.
