Lililup crumble

  • 1 Lililup melon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of syrup or liquid sweetener


  • ¼ cup of oat flour
  • ¼ cup of oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of whole cane sugar or coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt


  • Cut off the top part of the melon and hollow it out. Carefully use a spoon to to remove the flesh of the melon and set it to one side. Turn your melon into a bowl.
  • Cut the melon into cubes. Put the melon on a baking tray and add the cinnamon, vanilla and syrup. Mix and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the ingredients for the crumble. Once combined, add on top of the melon.
  • Preheat the oven to 180° and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.
  • Fill your empty Lililup bowl with the crumble and serve warm.
