Cucumber, melon and feta cheese salad in Lililup

Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary
  • 500-600g feta cheese
  • 300g pitted black olives
  • 4-5 cucumbers
  • 4 Lililup melons

Preparation

  • Cut the Lilliup melons in half
  • Remove the flesh and chop into cubes. This will be used in the salad.
  • Cut the cucumbers and cheese into small pieces, and add the olives to mix with the melon.
  • Dress with oil and rosemary.
  • Serve in the melon halves.
