Ingredients
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh rosemary
- 500-600g feta cheese
- 300g pitted black olives
- 4-5 cucumbers
- 4 Lililup melons
Preparation
- Cut the Lilliup melons in half
- Remove the flesh and chop into cubes. This will be used in the salad.
- Cut the cucumbers and cheese into small pieces, and add the olives to mix with the melon.
- Dress with oil and rosemary.
- Serve in the melon halves.
